Çakabey teachers, who are "lesson designers", attend more than 50 training sessions every year.
Çakabey teachers are selected for prestigious education conferences in Turkey and abroad to demonstrate sample lessons and teaching techniques. Furthermore, they provide in-house training to their colleagues.
Technology studies, which are an integral part of lesson designs for generation Z, are carried out under the leadership of the Educational Technologies Coordinator. In Çakabey Schools, where all classrooms and laboratories are technology classrooms, lessons are not based on the technology itself but how it is used. In essence, technology that enters the classroom is nothing more than an expensive toy if lessons are not planned and teachers are not competent in its implementation .
